What is the DOST JLSS Scholarship?
The Junior Level Science Scholarship is a scholarship program for deserving Filipino students entering their third year of college. The program aims to support students pursuing STEM-related degrees and ensure an adequate supply of science and technology professionals in the Philippines.
Who can apply for DOST JLSS Scholarship?
The following are eligible for the scholarship:
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Regular second-year college student and incoming third-year in AY 2026–2027
- Enrolled in a DOST-SEI priority S&T course
- Has at least 83% GWA or its equivalent
- In good health and good moral character
- Has not previously taken and passed the DOST-SEI scholarship exam

- Certificate of Program of Study and Year Level
- Certificate of Residency (for RA 7687 applicants)
- Commitment to Return Service Form
- Signed Declaration Form
- Certified True Copy of Grades / TOR / TCG
- Recent passport-size photo
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Parent/Guardian Income
